Rebounder vs. Trampoline
A rebounder and a trampoline might look the same with both having a mat to jump and bounce but they are actually different. A standard trampoline has a flexible mat which is given extra bounciness by using springs or stretch bands. The springs give the trampoline a superior-bounce that the jumper can be propelled into great heights. On the other hand, a rebounder has a more flexible mat and does not require extra springiness from springs or stretch bands. There is a recommended exercise when using this rebounder. The workout DVD should be used and followed. Preferably, jogging using the rebounder should be done at least 20 minutes three times a week for the cardiovascular workout. When doing strength exercises, the bands are to be used when inside the rebounder and while not jogging. It can be stretched from shoulder length to well above the head. It can be done every day with the number of counts up to a comfortable limit.
